In the event of a no show or a cancellation with less than 0 day notice prior to the date of arrival, an amount equivalent to one nights average cost of accomodation will be charged. Children stay and eat free when sharing with an adult. An extra room for children is charged at 75% of adults room. We operate a non smoking policy in our restaurant and 112 bedrooms. Breakfast is served until midday on Saturday and Sunday mornings. Small Pets are accepted at the hotel at a charge of 5.00 per pet. A credit card is required to confirm all bookings, if taking advantage of our hotdeal rate full payment is required at the time of booking with no amendments, cancellations or refunds. Unconfirmed bookings will be released at 6pm. In the case of a no show or late cancellation after 6pm (excluding hotdeal rates) a maximum of 1 nights stay will be charged. If a twin Room is required (double bed & sofa bed) this must be reserved at the time of booking as twin rooms cannot be guaranteed at the time of check in and a double rooms will be provided) Children upto and including the age of 15 stay free. Children over the age of 15 are charged as adults.

By Car:
From the M6 (north or south):
- Exit the M6 at junction 6
- Take the A38 Aston expressway.
- Follow signs for the M5 west and A456 Kidderminster.
- Continue to the roundabout (Paradise Circus).
- Leave the roundabout at the 3rd exit onto Broad Street.
- The Novotel is halfway up on the right-hand side opposite the Travelodge.
